    We accept custom server solution, motherboard, GPU baseboard, hard drive backplane, power supply backplane and other server boards.

  • Do you offer CPU, RAM, GPU, SSD for the server? And do you sell these separately?

    We usually offer barebone servers, you need to purchase CPU, RAM, GPU, SSD by yourself. And we don't  sell these products.

  • What is the minimum order quantity for OEM/ODM orders?

    Different products have different minimum order quantity. Pls tell what kind of products do you want? And we will do our best to meet your requests.

  • How can I place the order?

    Order details confirmation; Quotation accepted; PI confirmation; Payment receiving; Mass production/stock; Shipment.  

  • How is the custom product process?

    Specification/Solution discussion; Evaluation&Quotation; Solution&Order confirmation; Sample confirmation; Mass production; Product acceptance&Shipment.

  • Do you provide custom service?

     Yes, we do. OEM&ODM are acceptable, please kindly leave your messages or email, our sales manager will contact you within 24 hours.

  • Do you have any stock? Why not ship directly after purchase?

    For our regular products, we have some stock for sample orders, we can arrange the shipping within 7 days once payment receiving. For formal orders, pls check the shipping time with our sales manager.

    For customized products, you need to confirm the product structure with customer service and negotiate the delivery time.

  • What is the payment terms?

    Accepted payment terms: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Cash.
